It’s been 161 days since my application was as logged on March 15 my paycard were requested and I’m still waiting on that process. the thing is, they requested a paycard from the Department of Agriculture whom I never worked for, I worked for the IRS but they said because NFC handles both of their payroll then the request is valid. Had anyone encountered anything like this? the people answering the phones are not helpful at all.
