Are job opportunities in IT better in India than abroad

Ok so I had lived in Canada for few years but due to not getting any decent job in IT even though I had PR, I returned to India. Since then I've been earning pretty good, living in tier 1 city and it's been almost 2 years now. Now I'm wondering if I made a hasty decision as it seems everyone is trying to get out of India. I'm also worried about the future about my job as I'm not super exceptional or talented, but I get the job done, so if I get laid off I'm not sure if I'll get anything good.

I still have two more years left on my PR, should I try to find jobs in Canada or its better to be in India only.

Refund Issues Online Shopping

So I was supposed to get a refund one month back from H&M and that did not happen. I followed up with both bank and h&m neither bank can trace it nor h&m can figure out what happened since it's initiated from their side. After going back and forth between them, h&m is now telling me to get an official physical letter from bank on their letterhead and send it to them only then they will escalate and look further into it. Isn't that ridiculous? I already forwarded them emails from bank stating that they're not able to find the transaction and now they want me to do all this extra steps.

Honestly at this point I'm so frustrated with both bank and h&m and the lack of customer support and burden they place on customer.
