Looking to figure out what type of wood this is it’s from a 1946 cape style home. A local lumber yard says white oak. Every AI I consulted says birch/beech. It has a coat of bona Nordic seal on it fyi. Thanks in advance

I live in Ohio and I make $6000 a month gross so that puts me right over the median. I get a $500 per month vehicle reimbursement. It’s not on my W-2 nor is it taxed. How does that come into play? I’m hoping to be able to still get chapter 7 right. I net $5048 a month and I’m -500+ a month after all my debts and mandatory payments are made i.e. mortgage car payment, etc.
My current lease is due back at the end of this year. I plan on talking to a lawyer soon to get the ball rolling and see what i qualify for. If i do qualify for chap 7 and that gets filed in the next month, im worried about not being able to get a new lease once this one is up. Obviously I’ll speak with my lawyer about it but wanted some general feedback. Would it be better to work on getting a new lease now before filing? Thanks for any feedback.
