I was not able to pause the game fast enough to geta better screenshot but the head just exploded still leaving some of the body alive. Has this happened to anybody else? I thought the head always distribute damage to the bodies leaving it the last one alive

My go to teams when starting a game is just going one DPS 2 tanks and 2 healers from different families so I can take advantage of as many trinkets as possible. But this strategy doesn't seem to work all the time in Tier 3. Almost done with collecting all gold stars for Tier 2 but badly need advice for tier 3
