I see a lot of reels on insta and FB of what I think are hunter classes. please can someone explain the riding in them? why don’t they ever sit in the saddle? It cant be because they are doing a hunt seat as they are going so slowly and they all seem to bounce up and down anyway rather than staying out the saddle. also, why the position over jumps?

I’ve hunted in England for decades and used to do WHP as a kid/teen. it can’t see the ‘hunter’ element of the American ones.

he has disappeared from AO3 and I’m desperate for copies of his work. I LOVE wasting in the wings and in a bathhouse in oxenfurt.

if he’s around I’d be so grate for a message
