need to dispose of chemicals ASAP - improper storage (need advice, please!)

title says most, my question is which of the chemicals i can safely dispose by diluting and flushing down the drain and which ones might need extra care.

chemicals have been improperly stored, instead of "cool dark place" theyve been sitting in a high temperature place for quite a while.

i have these kit: https://protestkit.eu/full-pro-test-for-substance-purity-and-identification/

includes 15 identification reagents (marquis, simon, liebermann etc. - see link for details) and 3 TLC purity test liquids. some of the liquids even started evaporating (i assume from the heat) so there is no doubt the improper storage has made them useless anyway.

my main question is if among the substances are there any that i should not, even diluted with water, dispose down the drain? the other question is, since i do not have appropriate equipment, what type of containers i may use for sake of diluting? can i use a normal plastic bucket, add a substance, fill with water, dump, continue with the next? since most vials are ca. 10ml i think 1l water per substance should be enough?
and is there any substance i need to take special care with, besides ventilation and gloves?

thank you all very much in advance.
