Any suggestions for downtown area personal training, that would include mobility and flexibility work for an older athlete who wants to keep being able to do everything?
A little more info: hiker, mountain biker, road biker, rock climber who's getting older and wants to keep being able to do these things. I lift regularly at the gym though not heavy (just trying to maintain the muscle I have), and I do do some mobility exercises, but I think it might be worth it to find an all-around personal trainer to help me get a program together, preferably in the downtown area.
Any advice appreciated!
