Have no idea why it is this low. I have a house that I paid off early with yearly partial payments. 2 cars that I have also paid off early.

I have only 1 credit card, which I pay off daily based on what I spend. No loans whatsoever.

Same time, my income utilization is at 10% even though I have zero loans etc
