hello, I am planning to setup an Etsy store, the product I have lined up are punch needle wall hangings and medium sized Rugs also with the option of customisation.
I am having trouble to figure out the number of products to list and product mix, I have 7 designs of wall hangings and 3 rugs, that’s 10 listings. Should I add cushions or tote bags / bags to product mix as well.
Initially, I was of the opinion that I should only stick with rugs and wall hangings as market isn’t that saturated compared to cushions, coasters and totes.
But, now, I am having second thought given the number of listings, if I choose to go with wall hangings and rugs only.
hello, I have launched a punch needle collective @asma\_rugs\_collective and I am based in Pakistan, we have trained women who needed opportunity to generate income remotely, working from home, we deliver projects at their homes and then collect it once they are done.
we have made wall hangings and a rug and marketed them but i am having a hard time selling them locally. I really need cash flow to stay afloat.
I am looking for other avenues, Etsy being one of them, I have planned a new collection of rugs, wall hangings and cushions specifically for Etsy but I was wondering can i also reach out to people directly to get their attention in US, UK, EU because at the moment all of my audience is Pakistan based.
what kind of people should i reach out too ?
