Got a 2009 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 XL custom. Recently my throttles been getting stuck bad ! It doesn’t snap back at all. Any idea what it could be ? I also want to know if it’s an easy fix before I take it to a mechanic

I’ve noticed a squeaking noise that appears when I’m riding my bike and going up in speed. Any idea where the noise is coming from or what it can be ? I will post a picture of the bike, it’s actually from that same side, the side where the exhaust is
