Can this internal wall be removed and approximate cost
On the ground floor, I would like to remove the wall between the Family Room and Breakfast Room to create one larger open-plan space.
The first-floor plan shows Bedroom 3 above the Breakfast Room, so I suspect the wall may be load-bearing.
I want to understand how much approximately it will cost
