Over a year of unemployment and faith feeling empty.

I past the one year mark of being unemployed in July. I have applied over and over again, interviewed all the way up to final rounds, just to be rejected. I have tried networking, which led to some interviews, but fell short at the end. Even trying to pivot into something else has proven fruitless. The only job I did land at the moment was part time with the USPS, not the same as being a scientist like my last role, but its good to be getting out of the house and it still has the flexibility to keep looking for full time work. I am conflicted in whether to be mad at the lord at the moment, on one hand a part time job is a blessing because its able to get something to do with some money and helps improve my mental health, but at the same time, it doesn't help me move forward as the pay is 22 an hour and its almost impossible to even think of having a family on that money. My layoff came at a time my wife and I were thinking of buying a house and starting to work on a family. Those plans have been on hold for a year and I just don't know when they are, or if they are ever going to happen. Naturally this has led me question alot, but I do remember that God is always there watching over us. I just want this chapter to end so my wife and I can get moving again as we feel like we have been on pause for a while.

Final Interview panels

4 final round interviews for various roles, all rejected. I know competition is insane, but any advice is appreciated. Since we get no feedback, no idea what doing wrong. Open to advice or suggestions from experienced.

Unemployed and lost

Ive been out of work for almost year due to the pharma industry having a big layoff wave. Ive gotten interviews, but no offers. Starting to wonder if god wants me to just not work despite my desire to work and provide. This chapter is holding up plans to start family and buy house. Feeling lost and angry and cant find any guidance in the bible
