Question to anyone who has a heatpump in Terrace: which brand do you find is well supported in terms of service and maintenance in case something breaks? Several installers push Midea really hard claiming it's well supported but none of my research and checking with others between Rupert and PG confirms such claims.

We want to shoot for Daikin or Mitsubishi but installers push hard against those brands. Not sure what to make of that.

What is your experience in terms of serviceable brands and makes? We don't want to get a heatpump installed that may fail and we can't get it fixed within a reasonable time frame.
