Why is it so difficult for Somali females to get work visas in Oman?

I applied 3 times with 3 different companies and got rejected every time. They told me Somali women are restricted from work visas and can only get family visas. I just want to understand why this restriction exists. Has anyone dealt with this before? or found any legal solution

I don’t know where else to go anymore. Thinking of leaving Oman for Saudi after Hajj

Asalamu Alaikum. I am writing this while sitting beside the only two suitcases I own in this dunya. I came to Oman hoping to build a stable life and survive with dignity but after struggling to get a work visa because of my nationality everything slowly became difficult financially. There were days I stayed strong and days I genuinely did not know what would happen to me next. As a girl living abroad alone carrying these struggles silently is heavier than people think. Insha’Allah After Hajj, i am thinking about moving to Saudi Arabia to start over if Allah opens the door for me. I am not searching for luxury or comfort. I just want halal rizq, safety and a place where I can breathe without constantly worrying about survival. If anyone has sincere advice about jobs, visas, affordable cities or opportunities for women please guide me. Even one honest piece of advice could change someone’s life and Please also keep me in your duas in these blessed days. Allah knows how exhausted I am but Alhamdulilah for everything
