Question About Visceral Fat

I had a Dexascan done yesterday and had better results than I expected. The one area that is not surprising, but is a concern, is the amount of visceral fat. I am already taking Reta and TRT, seeing good results. Is there anything else I should add to the stack to target visceral, or should I just keep letting Reta do its thing?

Hi all- I did not grow up playing hockey, but my 4 year old is taking skating lessons and has done really well (and likes it more importantly). I’ve been renting skates at the rink but want to get him his own for now. I haven’t looked around to find any local equipment swap groups yet, or even to buy him new ones because I’m not sure if I buy a size up.

He wears a children’s size 11. Should I buy a size 12 skate, or downsize? Any advice at all I would be grateful!

Hi all,

Stepping way out of my comfort zone so please lube up and go in easy.

I am feeling frustrated because I see all the amazing transformations in this group and don't feel i'm seeing the same results. I am fully aware of how ridiculous it seems to say that after just 6 weeks. I am also fully aware of how bad I am at taking progress pictures. The most recent pic is from almost 2 weeks ago, but I don

I am on week 6 of Reta. I started at 2mg injections once weekly, and after 4 weeks, went up to 4mg once weekly. Honestly, the negative side effects have been minimal if at all. I am also on 140mg of TRT weekly.

I have been using MacroFactor to track my macros and calories which were 2,500/day until last week when I dropped the calories down to 2,000/day (190g of protein). I have been consistently hitting my target or coming in under.

I lift 5-6 days a week using the RP hypertrophy app. Workouts usually take me 60-90 minutes, depending on the week of the mesocycle. I am only hitting 5,000-6,000 steps a day, which I know is one of the biggest issues, so I have upped that to 10k minimum daily. My cardio has mostly been 2-3 weekly sessions of 30 minute incline treadmill (6-7% incline, 2.8-3.0 mph).

My weight check ins were:

3/18: 281.1 lbs

3/25: 275.1 lbs

3/30: 275.1 lbs

4/1: 272.3 lbs

4/8: 274.5 lbs

4/15: 270.9 lbs

4/22: 270.7 lbs

I am looking for advice, tips, feedback, suggestions, etc. I'm hoping someone has been in my shoes and can talk sense into me.
