HEY QUESTION. I applied to SkyWest airlines and well my background check was already cleared, however, I kinda lied about one of my positions. I put that i was a lead barista even tho i was just a regular barista. Does it matter?? 😭

Hey, will the employers find out my real job position? I mean will it show once they do a background check?

Idk if it’s a big deal but I applied to an airline and on my resume I put that I was a “Lead Barista” for Starbucks even tho i was just a regular barista 🫥 my background check was already cleared by First Advantage tho. I’m just worried that they will find out once I go to the interview next week.

Hi! I have a serious question. Will airlines find out if I got terminated from a job?

I want to be a flight attendant and I’m worried that they’ll question me what happened; I have an interview next week. I got fired from Pacific Aviation as an Airline Customer Service Agent after working for only 3 weeks. The reason wasn’t because of a misconduct or felony. It was just badging issues because I did something that violated the airport rules 😭

Hi! Should I attend the SkyWest Recruiting Event while still waiting for a response from them?

I recently applied to SkyWest; I’ve done the assessment test and my background check has been cleared. This was the last thing that I got from them and still no update :( I was wondering if I should show up at the hiring event this month in LA.
