Does anyone else find the novel a little hard to read? I really do like it but I can’t flow through it like I am able to with other books because sometimes I’m questioning who’s saying what because there’s dialogue after dialogue with little indication of who is speaking

(I am on the early chapters, around 260s. went from the manhwa to novel)

Not criticizing the novel because I do rlly enjoy it and the series but just wondering if the writing shows more narration later on

I recently read Book 1 and a bit of book 2 of Samurai of Hyuga and LOVED it. But refused to continue it upon finding out the child mc was a planned romance route

I loved the fighting aspect and how we could be brutal and what not. Are there other If’s like that? thats action packed or we’re not pampered princesses with a side of actual good romance and angst? I want to be able to protect my companions and what not, not really be the one being shielded all the time like how some If’s have me feeling

I’ve also played I, the Forgotten One, but I don’t think it really did it for me😅 I might check it out again, but aside from that… anything else?

Ive been playing the first book which im nearly done with, but Ive noticed a lot of… oddities??

I don’t know if this is me being “too soft” or whatever, but it really rubs me in the wrong way and I know this book is kinda old, (not to mention the era—but its still unnecessary) so I guess I shouldn’t be as shocked as I am??

But does this tone down at all or are these weird themes still prevalent in the other books, because I do really like the plot and all and would love to keep playing
