Is my EKG normal?

20f W-165ib H-5’4

A little backstory, I have had chest pain in the past since around the age of 16, I’m 20 now, recently the chest pain got worse happening in the morning and coming and going as a sharp and pressure like sensation. I had an EKG done a day before being sent to the ER by my doctor, and the EKG came out to be abnormal. I am scared cause I don’t know what to think… I have family history of heart conditions and I myself have been just recently diagnosed with hyperlypedimia(high cholesterol condition) I was supposed to get a heart ultrasound but my dad said I didn’t need it and forced me to cancel it, and now I regret that😔 Anyone know how bad this actually is? Thank you in advance.

Frustrated with trying to find genuine guy friends when they always try to turn it into dating. How do you find safe platonic male friends?

Hey everyone, I just really need to vent and hopefully get some advice because I’m feeling so drained and lonely.

Lately, it feels like every single time I try to just make a good, regular guy friend, they always end up wanting to date me, be my boyfriend, or push for some weirdly intimate situation. I just want a buddy to hang out with, joke around with, and talk to without any romantic or sexual pressure.

Most recently, I was getting to know a guy I thought was super chill. I explicitly set boundaries and asked if he could handle just being platonic. He claimed he wanted to treat me "like one of the guys," but then he started throwing out hints about wanting to kiss me, making passive-aggressive comments, and even text-asking me to sit in the bathroom with him while he showered under the guise of "having panic attacks." When I firmly held my ground about strictly being friends, he completely shut down, went silent, and left me on read.

It drives me absolutely crazy because it feels like a lot of guys use the "chill friend" routine as a fake foot in the door, and the second they realize they aren't getting a relationship or a prize out of me, they drop out of my life. It makes me feel like I'm not valued as an actual human being or a friend—only as a potential partner.

I really want to have male perspective and male friends in my life, especially since I'm training for a team-oriented career, but this whole process is so exhausting.

Does anyone have tips on how to handle this? Where do you go to find actual, genuine guy friends who already respect women as platonic peers? What are early green flags that a guy actually just wants to be friends and doesn't have a hidden agenda? Thanks in advance.
