hi, im not in toronto but would like to order something for a friend. looking for indie/home-based recs. my friend is an amazing baker (makes donuts, ice cream, cakes, etc.) so i don't know, maybe something they are unlikely to make themselves? (e.g. if it's equipment intensive or if ur a baker pls weigh in on what you'd like to receive hahah)

i would say they are not very fancy per se but just like sophisticated flavours and interesting/creative combinations - bonus if they are inspired by flavours from different types of cuisine. thanks!
