How much do I realistically need to make to live in Seattle or the Seattle area? It’s me and two other people who would be moving how much would we each need to make?

I know this is a really complex question but if anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
I’m a pretty conservative person on spending and should I sell my vehicle before moving? I’m atleast two years out from moving!
