BPI Tirz acting like Sema?

My partner and I are both having a very strange reaction to our newest vial of BPI’s Tirz, ordered after the announcement that they would not be available much longer. Background: we did Semaglutide through a different provider and it worked for about four months and then it just started to take us super nauseous (ie: lots of dry heaves but no real appetite suppression). After a year long break, we decided to try Tirz through BPI starting around December. We have had great success and I have generally loved the appetite suppression and extra surge of energy I seemed to be getting.

But a week ago we did shots from a newly arrived vial. We both had very busy weeks; she was away from home for most of the time. I reacted to this vial almost exactly as I reacted to Sema: dry heaves from the second day on (ANY smell will trigger it) and super minimal appetite suppression. My partner just returned and mentioned that she also had thrown up multiple times; she did not want to eat so she would not have to throw up, but she was very hungry. Is there any way in heck there could be some kind of mixup at BPI? I had such adverse reactions the last several weeks of Sema a year ago: I do not want to go through that again.

Maybe I am paranoid. Maybe we both have a stomach bug. But this is so similar to our reaction to Semaglutide that I am concerned.

Anyone else experiencing this? Or am I just nutso? TIA for sharing experience and/or advice.

Grief Made Me Do It

Long story short: my Mom was dying and I went crazy buying coins (mostly silver) at auction to placate my anxiety. We’re talking multiples of thousands (in dollars). Most of the time I paid fair prices and even lucked out with some bargains.

Morgans, Peace dollars, ASEs, Panda’s, Kooks…commemoratives. Some slabbed/graded, some not. Some rarer things as well. I have weighed and done some ping testing; things seem legit.

I need to sell, though, as I have realized that this was a sort of holding place for my grief. Also: debt. And I am having a hard time figuring out how to do that. I live in the S.F. area. I do not have a known connection at a local coin shop. I do not know if they are trustworthy. Am I better off waiting for a coin show that will be in my area at the start of June than going to a coin shop?

I know about pms for sale, but I am new and that process feels overwhelming to me. I have listed a few on eBay just to see how it goes, but that is tedious given the volume I seem to be working with.

I would deeply appreciate any advice anyone here can give about 1) where to sell and 2) how to assess what I might like to keep (Morgans are particularly interesting to me, for example. The 1902 I have used in my photo is just to grab attention. She is so pretty.)

Hi all: Bear with me—just had a death in the family and my mind is not working quickly. I ordered asynchronously and recently received an email that my shipment was being worked on (BPI). I swear earlier today I got a notification that my shipment had arrived but: no shipment. Also, no memory of HOW I got the notification…I assume it popped up on my phone and I swiped it away after reading it. I cannot find out how to track my shipment. Can anyone help my very overwrought brain? TIA!!
