There are WW2 parts in this gun but I’m concerned about the starlings near the stock area. I understand that it’s supposed to have maker code, year of production, numbers. This one only has 343J. There are no Czech starlings but I’m concerned that there are post war parts in the gun. It has the AA mount on the barrel and the correct wartime receiver.

Everything looks good to me with some field repairs to the collar and just under the left pocket. It also has a couple of laundry numbers. Only thing I’m not good at authentication is unit patches and stitching.

M43 tunic with late war Y-straps and ammo pouches along with an M42 single decal helmet. I’m so pleased with how it looks so I wanted to share with you all!

Jacket has been heavily worn with plenty of field repairs. Jacket has correct khaki stitching and bronze buttons. Construction is correct and belongs to Anthony Bredice who served in Okinawa during WW2.
Any second opinions are greatly appreciated!

Both are RBNR stamped which indicates late war production as well as the riveted straps. Everything looks good to me but I like to get second opinions before purchasing!
