Dolomites honeymoon

Hi all! I know this is last minute but I cancelled my honeymoon for June (was domestic) due to our soul dog getting an unexpected bad health prognosis. He sadly passed and after 3 months of grieving we’ve decided we want to take the honeymoon this fall instead of waiting until our one year anniversary. It’s our first international trip for both of us and safety is huge for me. Also neither of us speak Italian so hoping that we can get by though I’ll start trying to learn the language if we get this booked. We’re not much into cities … we both actually hate large cities. We really want to focus on long or short day hikes (I’m fine with a hotel or Refugio but don’t want to tent camp), seeing pretty views and epic landscapes, and would like a nice meal here and there. I’m flexible on timing but would like to do 7-10 days sometime between Sept - Oct unless there’s a better time. I know I’m late to the game it might not be possible but I’m going to try! Any recs are appreciated! Also would a travel agent be worth it ?

Thank you for your kindness and help
