Anyone else go low at the same time almost every night?

I’ve been wearing a sensor to confirm what I was feeling was hypoglycemia and it confirmed it is but my endocrinologist can’t tell me why I have it. It goes low almost every night after 3am and I often wake up with the shakes etc. I also go low randomly during waking hours and have high spikes but not every day, more like I have ‘waves’ of it where it will happen a few days in a row and then not again for weeks. This endo is a highly regarded professor so I don’t know if it’s worth getting a second opinion.
Just wondering if anyone else out there follows a similar pattern and can shed any more light for me? Thanks

Hot dinner date outfits for Melbourne winter

In need of inspiration for cool girl/sexy dinner date outfits in Melbourne. Outfits I can wear to restaurants then on to cool bar after. I just purchased a long black wool coat for nighttime but now needing new skirt/dress outfits I can wear with black stockings and boots. Any IG accounts the 30 something’s women of Melbourne are following for ideas?

I had been living overseas where it didn’t get very cold for almost a decade so my winter wardrobe is very lacking.
Thank you!

Large house accommodation for group of 7

Hi, first time visitors to Tasmania and searching for accommodation of 6+ beds (ok to share bedrooms) in a wine, foodie and outdoors region. It’s a girls weekend away for 3 nights, does anyone have a recommendation on what area to stay in or any leads on a great house? Searching Airbnb of course but interested in local advice.
Thanks very much!
