I’ve never grown it out and I’m wondering if the sparseness on the cheeks is going to make for a poor beard, should I just go moustache or try for the full one? Cheers

Raised red lump which has been there for a couple of years. It started out as a really angry red spot covering the end of my nose after a period of stress, the red spot popped and oozed with pus and blood for a while and cleared away but these two red lumps have remained. It’s not massively noticeable to other people apparently but it’s something I would love to remove if it’s possible.

Any ideas what it might be and the procedure for getting rid of it?

I did go to a dermatologist but she said she couldn’t see it and therefore said she couldn’t do anything about it..
