i was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder two years ago. i didnt go to theraphy, i was not trying to get better, but almost all of the symptoms dissapeard.

it was after i started taking different medication, but isnt bpd a behavioral problem? maybe i dont understand it properly, but i thought that you have to go to therapy to make it better.

what could be the cause of it dissapearing?

the symptoms - paranoia, delusions, anxiety, depression - only come back when i dont take my medication or i am in a very stressfull situation.
