It's Day 9 and I have this kind of growth post introducing spores to my clean plates. I feel like the bigger ones are mold, given the top growth. Are the small ones Mycelium or is it all unsalvageable?
I prepared these agar plates on my own. 50% of the lot has some contam (I don't think that's a bad ratio given I was winging it in a FIY still aur box). Are all the ones in the video contaminated? Or do I have some salvageable ones left from these 10?
Also, are all these bacterial? Cause I see rings of growth.
The agar might have a slant in a few so I'm not sure if it's contam or irregular agar solidification.
