Recently got into Matchbox, and these are a few I managed to get to start off my collection.

I am trying to fill Form 145 for a foreign remittance. Since the transaction is non-taxable, I need to complete Part D of the form. However, as soon as I proceed with Part D, an “invalid input” error appears. The error persists even after I have filled in all the required details, and it does not allow me to proceed to the preview stage.

I have attached screenshots for your reference. Pls have a look and suggest any solutions cause i am stuck at this point.
