this is kinda stupid, but i live in sinton right now and i remember going to this place Antonio’s when i was a kid and they had these massive breakfast tacos & burritos and i loved fucking them up. it was in odem but the place closed down like over a decade ago. only other place i go to get actually fulfilling tacos is Yoli’s and it’s mainly because of quality over quantity, but i want some quantity lol.

Okay so i’ve been desperately emailing and texting real estate agents for an opportunity and i saw this condo with some poor quality photos and i emailed the agent and continued in my pursuit. in the morning i was delighted to get a response and was expecting to help this agent better advertise their listing, but she said something about a content day on another area i’m unfamiliar with.

I don’t mind plans changing but i was worried by the sounds of it, it sounded like they want me to do a TikTok style video, and i was terrified. i know it makes sense, video is more sought after now or whatever but i was hoping to stick to stills, at least for my first listing, especially if i was doing it for free just to get my foot in the door. this seems like a lot to ask someone offering their services for free.

i talked to her today and tried to clear some things up because i guess she’s not a big texter, and apparently it’s going to be a new construction property and she wants me to record her talking about it and going through it or something, i’m not entirely sure when i called her she said that she was a little busy and would call me again tomorrow, so i hope i’m understanding correctly as to know what to prepare for on Sunday when she plans to do this, but she seemed like she wanted me to take this video on my phone, which i’m not doing, my phone is beat tf up i don’t treat it as good as my baby, my Canon EOS 90D. i think she wanted me to use my phone because of some audio stuff, like i guess it’s easier for her to connect a clip on mic & a phone or something, but like, my camera can do that too, and i don’t have a gimbal for my phone or my camera, so like, i can only be so steady. although i do have a pretty swell amazon basics tripod. she said she doesn’t mind paying me but honestly it seemed so unclear. maybe i’m just dumb, maybe it’s just bad communication, i don’t know.

i’m hoping you guys have been in similar situations before, either you’ve dealt with agents who are unclear, or you can tell me about your first time or your first time doing video, or you can better explain what it is she might want, i don’t know, anything is appreciated!

getting sad just thinking about it

okay so, i’m sure there’s a million of these posts and i’m sorry to be another one for you to see, but i imagine most of those have little to no comments.

let me cut to the point. I want to do real estate photography for Zillow(or anyway i can really), i just got photoshop & Lightroom, i am familiar with my camera but not necessarily with bracketing and definitely not with photoshop & lightroom(except the mobile version.). i have a Canon EOS 90D, so a crop sensor, but i have a 10-18mm lens so it makes up for it enough.

i’m learning Photoshop & Lightroom desperately now, but i have another problem coming, i don’t know how to start. is there a messaging system on zillow? do i just message everyone on there? do i drive up and down city blocks for for sale or for rent signs and see if they’re already on zillow? i’m not quite sure and i’d love more information.

lastly, is it a realistic path, or should i just see if i can get in at a real estate company as their photographer, and would they even accept me without a degree in photography?

the majority of the people i know personally who have this game have it on the switch one, but they don’t play it to the extreme to where i think my question would concern them, and my one friend who has it on the Switch 2 is pretty vocal about how it is noticeably better on that console rather than it’s predecessor. my question is kinda just like, is it really that noticeable? i haven’t been about NINTENDO since like 2008-2016, so i’m pretty behind and unaware about how the switch 1, or even Switch Lite or Oled can handle Tomadachi Life, especially for extensive and plentiful use.

basically i just want to know how the game runs for you who have it on switch 1, lite & oled

I’m not a diehard fan of the Memphis Grizzlies, they’re just a team i kinda like to keep up with & respect, my heart always resides with the Detroit Pistons.

it seems the consensus however is very different than mine. it seems like everyone thinks this team is like a non play-in team, and i really just don’t get that at all.

Cameron Boozer is pretty regularly regarded as the most NBA ready of the rookie class. 18/6/4 in the summer league and a stretch 4, he looks amazing out there. he looks patient, decisive, smart, everything you want in a young player and creator. i struggle to see him averaging 3+ turnovers per game and as a rookie i think that is a good thing. he doesn’t have to play out of position and won’t have to take the full offensive load like he would elsewhere.

Cedric Coward has beautiful hustle and is beyond explosive. doesn’t have the best defense but isn’t a target, at least from what i’ve seen. i can definitely see him getting good at getting to the line this season, and i expect him to take the shots a lot of people don’t want to take. he’s bigger than most players at his position too.

Zach Edey. it seems the consensus is that he won’t be available, that injuries will be prevalent or that he just won’t be as good as expected, at least to the outside viewers. I don’t see that at all. i think, assuming he’s healthy, Edey can easily average 16 & 12 with 2-3 blocks per game. man i absolutely love this dude’s defense. he’s like Wemby but stronger and an underdog. not sure why he’s not considered a Wemby competitor in the same way Chet is. now obviously that’s a little bit of glaze, but i am super high on Edey, i used to love him at Purdue. i think he will especially shine alongside Boozer.

Scotty Pippen Jr is nice. i glaze him heavily, which is crazy because i consider his father a bit overrated. no bullshit i think Scotty is MIP caliber this season. he’s small, which sucks, but he can score when needed(albeit on subpar efficiency) and is abnormally good on perimeter defense for his size. i worry about injuries with him, he might just be more broken than hoped, but with hope that he plays upwards of 60 games, and surrounded by players like Boozer, Edey, Cedric & Stewart, i wouldn’t be surprised if he is averaging 19/2/6 on alright efficiency and good defense. i expect his 3 to come back too.

i really don’t know much about Ty Jerome. seems like injuries are beyond prevalent in his career. 20 ppg in 23 minutes is stellar, and he started all his games, but a 15 games sample size is a 15 game sample size. if he starts over Scotty, i can see my MIP prediction faltering, but i really just don’t know enough about him.

Isaiah Stewart, Beef Stew. man i miss him and it breaks my heart we lost him for so little(no offense). now it’s no secret that he’s injury prone, as well as small, but his defense is next to none. he’s like a mini AD, which isn’t the best two words next to each other, but coming off the bench, there is no point in Grizzlies basketball the rim won’t be protected. his shot selection will surprise you, his three point efficiency will surprise you, his hustle will surprise you. i think with all the depth your team has in the front court, health will be less of a problem, but unfortunately it’s never that simple.

aside from that, just touching up, Jerami Grant will was solid for us when we had him, wouldn’t be surprised at all if he does positive for Memphis as well. Taylor Hendricks looked good when i saw him in Utah, Clayton is cool. y’all know more about Wells & GG than i do, i think they’re good. Javon looks solid. i have faith in Karim.

all that and to mention the beautiful, beautiful selection of draft picks you guys have acquired, i struggle to see this team not being elite for a long time. i think a top 7 defense & top 15 offense is very likely. i personally have the Grizzlies as 7th seed. i think the West is way down, and the grizzlies can take advantage of this majorly.
