Some workouts will stream fine, but "Unavailable at this time" if I've downloaded them.

Is anyone else having this issue? Some workouts will play fine if I'm just streaming off the internet, but wiIl NOT play if I've downloaded them.

Specific example: I downloaded the newest Cycling with Ty, Episode 282, from Aug. 17, 2026. Went to the gym that's available to me, where the wifi is garbage, and my data plan can't support the mammoth size of the Fitness+ videos. I tried to play the download: and got "Cannot Play Video. The video for this workout is unavailable at this time". Same for the Kym workout (Episode 217, also this week, Aug. 17, 2026) I'd downloaded as an alternate. An older treadmill workout I'd downloaded played fine, but both treadmills were broken, so, yeah, that was a wasted visit.

I got home, I deleted the downloads, and both workouts stream off Wifi just fine! I tried again to download the Ty one: and if it's downloaded, nope, "Cannot Play Video" prompt. I delete the download--and it works again.

This isn't happening for all workouts. For example, Cycling with Bakari Episode 219, from Aug. 3, seems to work fine after I've downloaded it. But at present it's really annoying to have to download a workout, THEN test if it'll work, and if it doesn't, erase it and try to download another workout until one will work.

Has anyone else experienced this, and found a solution or even an explanation?

Schrodinger's Fitness+ Weekly Workout Streak award

Last week (Monday Aug. 10), in Canada, I got the Fitness+ Weekly Workout Streak award, 176 weeks in a row. Yay!

This week, in Taiwan, it's telling me my current streak is 16 weeks: "Your longest streak was 159 weeks." Um, significantly shorter than what my current streak was last week.

Well this is silly and weird. What seems to be the explanation: back in April, when I was in Canada, I did a workout on Sun. April 26, my only Fitness+ workout of the April 20-26 week (the weeks are apparently Monday to Sunday, which may or not be set by an option I don't recall seeing). That gave me the award for 160 weeks in a row. Then I flew back to my main home in Taiwan. International date line crossed! My local time, that workout had been on a Sunday; Taipei time, that workout was on a Monday--so the week of April 20-26, I suddenly had NO Fitness+ workouts, and my streak had "ended" with 159 weeks, despite getting the 160 weeks in a row award a few days earlier.

And since then ... it's been amusing. When I was in Taiwan, the new streak built up, one week, two weeks, etc. Then I went to Canada again. Woo hoo, jumped from a five-week streak back up to 168 weeks or whatever, with the weeks in Taiwan counting to that streak. Reached 176 weeks last week--and today it's back down to 16 weeks. When calculating that streak, when I'm in Taiwan, the app thinks I had no Fitness+ workouts the week of April 20-26; when I'm in Canada, I did have a workout.

I assume this will just continue, as long as I continue with regular Fitness+ workouts. When I'm in Taiwan, my streak will continue to grow from the current 16 weeks; when I'm in Canada, it'll revert back to continuing from the current 159 weeks.

IF there's a solution, that'd be great! Once in a while I do think it'd be nice to see workouts in "time & date recorded", rather than translated by time zone ("I set out for a bike ride at 11pm?! Oh, I see.") But mostly this is just amusing.
