Starter clicking when trying to start
Having an issue with my LS swapped ranger where the starter is just clicking. Cycling the key a few times(1-20 just depends) will eventually get it to spin over. When it does spin, it spins pretty fast and sounds healthy so I don’t think it’s the battery. I’ve replaced the power cable to the starter, ran a ground from the battery to the starter as well. I’m using a Haltech Rebel, so not an ecu issue. Looking at their app my voltage goes from 12.4 to 11.8 when trying to crank. Any help would be appreciated, been scratching my head for a while over this.
New starter, new battery(both tested and are good) afaik all grounds are good. I have 2 grounds from battery(4ga), one to the ecu and one to the frame. From frame it goes 1 to engine block, then 1 more to the starter bolt.
