Hey, Which is a better option?

A flat in Myhome Vyoma FD?

A flat in Neopolis?

Does FD and neopolis rise parallely or FD has a saturation point in future?

I feel

In Neopolis:

planned infra, govt backed to make it a landmark of hyd are the pros while too much concrete and lack of open spaces in the apartments and unbearable traffic are the cons.

In FD:

Very close to Top Tech companies, Large community with very big open spaces,already developed infra, can expect basic rental if not stayed( this option might be very rare).

What are your thoughts? Confused!!

Aparna Western Meadows. Overhyped or future golden mine?

Hey All, Recently happened to visit AWM. Phase 1 and some parts of phase 2 looks super cool but most of the phase 3 and phase 4 are absolute shit.

Half of them are towards the railway track and some of them are towards HT line. Are owners really not worried about the radiation and future of their kids through HT lines??

Also how come people gonna bear the noise and plaster cracks in future for their homes near railway tracks?

Gachibowli county in between phase 3 and phase 4 doesnt make any sense too.

Considering the location and future aparna projects adjacent to it, maintenance for the layout, is it worth considering keeping all the negatives aside?

To all the IT folks, what made you to buy a villa/Apartment in South Hyd?? Please Motivate me!!!!!

How do u commute/plan to office? Dont you feel isolated without infra, movie theatres, hospitals, schools? I really like subhishi serenity, breeze, supadha and many other villas. These villas are large and elevations are unique compared to west. I am very much inclined to these villas but i couldnt motivate myself to get here.

What are the future prospects? Will it be like mokila atleast in 10years??

FCNR VS Rental Property

Hi All, I am planning to move to India from US in 5years. I have around 100k. Which is advisable considering the current market conditions?

Just keep the money in FCNR for 3 or 5years considering interest and dollar appreciation Or else get a rental property in Hyderabad expecting rental yield around 3.5% and property appreciation?

What's wrong with GRR Eden Gardens Mokila???

These plots are bang on the highway. Why there is no construction happening inside the venture? Is anything wrong with Eden Gardens? Why owners did not form a society and maintain the roads internally??
