4:45 AM. Old Monk, cigarettes, mind-fuck movies.

Came home from my "work like I'm single-handedly keeping the Indian economy afloat, my boss pays me in character development, and my entire family gets evicted if I miss one deadline... 6 fucking days a week" job.

Lit a cigarette, grabbed a nice cutting chai, and stood there half-soaked from the Pune rains.

Picked up a quarter of Old Monk, half a plate of chicken Schezwan rice, and 4 chicken lollipops.

Took a hot shower.

Started with Episode 2 of Latent and a couple of pegs.

Then watched Totally Killer (found it through Instagram reels) while absolutely demolishing the Schezwan rice and lollipops.

Followed that up with Fight Club (5th watch) because I wanted something that'd mess with my head. Smoked a cigarette every time Tyler Durden lit one. 😂

Watched some random cringe content in between as a palate cleanser.

Now it's 4:45 AM and I'm starting Se7en because I'm in that mind-fuck movie mood and I've been meaning to watch it forever.

Planning to watch another one after this.

So... recommend me some genuinely mind-bending movies.

This one's for the people who are deep down the plot-twist rabbit hole.

Please don't recommend the usual "look how cool I am, I've watched Inception" movies. I've obviously seen all of those.

Interstellar is my all-time favourite. I've watched it more times than I can count. I'd honestly love to have one of those 3 AM coffee conversations with someone who can geek out over higher dimensions and all the crazy theories around the movie.

Already ticked off:

- Inception

- Shutter Island

- Triangle

- Predestination

- The Prestige

- Almost every Nolan movie

- And a bunch more in the same genre.

So hit me with something I probably haven't seen. Or even something I watched years ago that's worth revisiting.

Help me keep this marathon alive.

Or better yet... anyone wanna join somehow?

Anyone around Wakad up for late night chai, random drives, and sunrise plans?

It's been around 3 years, on and off, since I've been living in Pune. It's been a pretty good journey so far. I completed a few courses and a few months ago I finally landed a job.

I'm staying in Wakad now, and life has settled into a routine.

I work 6 days a week. Saturdays usually mean treating myself to some good food, putting on a movie with dinner, and then mindlessly watching YouTube or scrolling until 1–2 AM. That's usually when the boredom kicks in.

I end up calling a few friends asking, "Chai?" or "Let's go for a drive?" but most of them stay in places like Kharadi or Katraj, which is a good 25–30 km away. So those spontaneous plans rarely happen.

So here's the reason for this post.

If you're around Wakad or nearby and enjoy late night hangouts, chai, random conversations, stargazing, short 20–30 km rides, catching the sunrise, or just getting out of the house instead of doom scrolling, let's connect.

I also have a friend who loves meeting new people and has pretty similar interests, so it won't just be me awkwardly trying to make conversation. 😄

Not looking for anything specific. Just hoping to meet some chill people who enjoy those peaceful late night vibes and are up for occasional spontaneous plans.

If this sounds like your kind of thing, drop a comment or send me a DM.

Is it too much to ask for roommates who don’t mind my music mood swings?

I’m looking for 2 guys to share a triple sharing room in Stanza Living Pereira House, Wakad. The only catch?

Your music tolerance should match mine, which honestly depends on the day

Some days it’s ghazals & qawwalis,

some days Bollywood,

some days rock,

and sometimes Hollow Coves on loop

Basically, I just don’t want anyone getting bored (or annoyed) with what’s playing on the speaker after a long day at work.

Also… I need to find people before the PG randomly assigns someone

Yeah, I know... sounds very specific.

Maybe I’m just looking for the perfect vibe.

If this sounds like you, DM quick 🙌
