This guy (a pc player) somehow managed to get to an out of bounds area and stayed there sniping the whole game.

I have finally started grinding my way through the American DD line but I’m not really sure what captain I should upgrade. I don’t have any of the premium DD commanders as I have never really played DDs a whole lot to begin with. But as of recent I’ve decided it’s time I learn how to play these things and I figured having a leveled commander would help a lot. Any advice is appreciated.
