Sitting on this train to my full time job had me thinking. I did my VOA yesterday. I gave them reviews with the grading scale they used for the PACE review. They got one Strongly agree and I shouldn’t have given them one of those according to their rubric. Just keep in mind how they grade you. Remember how that grade made you feel and grade them accordingly. don’t be enticed by some candy and food to butter you up. Give them the review they actually earned. That is all.
So right now, i feel decent but i have an ache in my neck occasionally after work and a nagging knee pain that comes and goes from not wearing knee pads at work. (i started doing this and would recommend for anyone). what other tips can you share to lessen aches and strain on your body on the floor? i work unload (freight) so it is already tough on your body and i am not getting any younger so i have to figure out ways to preserve my body in old age. i make sure i do a good stretch prior to my shift, stay hydrated and watch my pace when i am unloading the truck. i will admit, i ride my bike in and i don’t think that helps with how i feel.
