Got an RFE and trying to find out what it says before my lawyer receives the physical copy. I tried contacting Emma, but they just told me to call the customer care number, and it’s basically an endless recorded system asking me to repeat myself 😭

This waiting time is honestly making me really impatient and anxious. My lawyer also never created an online USCIS account for my case, and now they’re saying they can’t help because they don’t have the online access code either.

Has anyone found another way to see the RFE details earlier or get the online access code somehow? Any help or advice would be really appreciated. Thank you!

H1B Premium Processing RFE confusion – anyone experienced this?

My H1B premium processing case received an RFE. Initially the USCIS status showed “Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent.”

My attorney responded to the RFE on Tuesday May 5,USCIS received the package Wednesday, and then on Thursday May 7,the online status changed to:

“Premium Processing Clock Was Stopped For My Case.”

The wording is confusing because it sounds like they are still waiting for a response even though the RFE response was already submitted.

Has anyone recently had this sequence where:
RFE response sent → status changed to “clock stopped” → then approval?

Did your case later update to “RFE Response Received” or did it jump straight to approval?

Trying to understand if this is normal with recent IOE premium processing cases. Thanks!
