Question about Sequoia/Kings National Park
Staying at Azalea Campground for one night. Never been to either park, what should I prioritize during my two days there? Driving from LA day one and have to drive to Bakersfield for the second night.

Looking for recs to take two French friends
I have two curious French friends (early 30s) who I’m taking from LA to Sequoia and back. They both grew up hearing a lot about the American West / Texas - are there any bars / restaurants/ or hotels that would give them this imagery? Think denim, cowboy hats, line dancing, etc.
We’ll be passing through on a Monday/Tuesday. Could be anywhere along 99.

First time at Camelback today. Was impressed that I was able to ski giant moguls of mashed potatoes just 1.5hrs from NYC after most resorts in the country have closed. Like a mini Superstar. Only $25 tickets.
