its been few days im experience this problem when trying to order online,

its seems a issue on gamestop backend, i have never experienced this before, also, gc being charged, and i have to email them to refund it.

anyone is experience this issue on orders recently and know how to fix?
why gamestop cannot make a website that works? company has billions in cash.

Im trying to renew my Pro, using a Prepaid Virtual Card, but order keep getting error.

There are any way to do it over phone or email?

I am living overseas and not able to do it instore.
I was thinking to ask a friend to do it instore for me if this also fix that.
