Resume/Interview Issue

I applied for a full-time IB role with the wrong version of my resume. The issue is purely formatting, there’s an extra space below one of the lines that shouldn’t be there.

I know this sounds extremely minor, but I’m concerned that attention to detail is such a big deal in IB that something like this could get me cut if they notice it.

I already have an interview on Tuesday, so I want to send them the corrected version ASAP. How would you approach this?

  1. Be upfront and say I accidentally submitted the wrong resume, then attach the corrected version?
  2. Just say something along the lines of, “I wanted to send over my most up-to-date resume ahead of the interview,” and attach it without mentioning the mistake?
  3. Do something else?

I’m leaning toward #2, but would appreciate any advice, especially from people who have been through IB recruiting.

I don’t want to wait until the interview to fix it if I can avoid it.
