Hey guys, I have 12 plates to run over the next couple days and was wondering if it's possible to store my master mix (SYBR, nuc free water, primers) + template overnight ? If not, is it possible to store just the master mix overnight ?
PS: my cDNA is extracted from urinary RNA, so I expect yield to be quite low
Wow AC 13/13E/14, Wow 10/12 or Asics metarise 2/Sky Elite ff 3 ? I already tried : Nike Gt cut 2, my favourite so far, sky elite ff2 were decent but I destroyed them playing outdoor once or twice, Don issue 7 are horrible, too bulky and uncomfortable, traction is meh. I never tried wow, decent experience with asics. For those who tried both, which would you recommend ?
