"Immatricolazione con riserva" blocking annotation — anyone else dealt with this?
Hi all,
I just enrolled at PoliTO (Mechanical Engineering, 2026/27 cohort) and noticed I have a blocking annotation on my account that says:
"Immatricolazione con riserva: in attesa di verifica dei requisiti di accesso e documentazione di studio per l'accesso al corso"
It's locking me out of basically everything on the portal — I can't even generate a basic self-certification (autocertificazione) of enrollment.
This is a real problem right now because I found an apartment in Turin and the agency/landlord requires proof of student status to move forward with the rental contract, and I have a tight deadline. Without the certificate I can't provide what they're asking for.
Has anyone else run into this? A few questions:
How long did it take to get resolved in your case?
Was it related to having a foreign high school diploma/qualification?
Did you have to do anything proactively, or did it just clear on its own once Segreteria processed something?
I've already sent a ticket to Segreteria Studenti asking what's missing, but given response times I wanted to see if anyone's been through this and knows roughly what to expect, or if there's a faster way to get an interim document that would satisfy a landlord in the meantime.
