I just recently got an AluBall but that water bottles that I currently have don't have a wide enough mouthpiece to fit the AluBall. What are you using that fits it?

I have been utilizing the quitk supplements and while it is helpful, I need some more recommendations. I've been using the quitk for a little over 3 weeks. It has helped tremendously for cleaning my gut. While I'm able to taper just fine, the day that I tried to hold off as long as possible (about 3pm), my brain was going a little crazy. Once I used .5 tsp, I felt better.

What do you recommend to help your brain not freak out? I also use b-complex, magnesium, and ashwagandha.
