Active duty, templated to move to Colorado about a year after the new law goes into effect

Im aware what I own currently is grandfathered in.

What about guns I buy AFTER the law goes into effect but BEFORE I move into the state. Is there any hoops to jump through with those firearms or am I good to just bring them with me like the “grandfathered” firearms?

Since I maintain residency in another state while I would be stationed in CO, is there something preventing me from going to my state of residence and buying firearms there before coming back to CO? The selling and buying party would both be of that state and the transfer completed outside the state of CO so from an initial glance it seems like a good way to avoid the BS during my stay in CO

Im a sucker for references so if someone can cite any sections of the bill relevant to this situation I would appreciate it!

First off, Im not the only person whos had this problem. Someone else posted not too long ago about it as well if you google search it will pop up.

So biggest issue is the OCC dial doesn’t stay locked in AT ALL and second is the rear suspension sits too far down on the neck to go prone.

Opscore knows this is a problem because even in their marketing photos you can see the plastic bracket that holds the dial is pulled out of the slot its designed to go into.

Ironically if you do pull out the bracket from the slot and push it up into the helmet (see photos), it fixes the problem of going too far down the neck….but now the system cannot clamp onto your head properly because with the way it is designed, the pressure needs to be applied from the rear base of the skull in order to achieve any decent stability. The old system was a more wrap around the head style with the plastic band and that was much better.

But none of that even matters since the dial doesn’t maintain any pressure…

One positive though, the system is MUCH better for wearing ear protection under the shell compared to the old system since theres nothing squeezing the earpro headband anymore

Customer service giving me a run around and asking me to jump through hoops so pretty annoyed about that. Just get the OG system or the tried and true H nape and be happy
