Grammar where? HER! HER! HER!

I’ve always been intimidated by anyone other than pre-packaged breast or thigh meat.

After seeing lots of whole chicken recipes on my social media I took it as a sign and a challenge.

I butterflied it, following a TikTok on how to remove the breast bone and the ribs.

I used chatGPT to give me a dried herb butter recipe for under the skin.

Using that stock and pan juices, I made a delicious chicken gravy.

It was the most flavourful chicken and roast veggies I’ve had in my entire life!
