Reasonable price(before TTL)? for a 2021 RC 350 F Sport RWD -68k miles - L/certified

Hey guys, looking for feedback on price for a 2021 RC 350 F Sport RWD should be? Car has 68k miles, interior looks really good and it drove well- but the dealership needs 10 days to actually make it CPO ready. The front lip is cracked and the brackets holding the bumper on are completely snapped (it’s held together by zip ties lol) and the wheel well is stripped on that side.

Previous owner was an older lady and they told me it was not in an accident and that she basically went over a parking block and it lifted the bumper off and snapped the brackets. Carfax does not have any accidents either. Interior was in good shape.

They are basically going to do a bunch of work to get it CPO ready, hence the 10 day turn around time. Knowing all of this- where would you be on price before TTL(since taxes vary everywhere)?

How much value do you think L/certified adds? If anyone has any data points for what they paid in the last year, let me know!

Much appreciated! Stock photo for attention
