Hi guys, I wear medium in vital and legacy leggings but idk if I should get medium or large for these leggings if they aren’t as stretchy. My height is 167 cm/ 5’6” and weight is 75 kg/ 165 lbs.
I tried Vital leggings and I love them, but they’re too thick for the summer heat. I’m looking for something lighter/breathable that still gives good shape, proper compression, and smooths things out without showing every bump and lump.
What are your absolute favorites?

Hi guys, I been searching for sportswear fabric course in person and I can’t find anything. All I find either a bachelor degree or general textile course. I don’t have background in fashion design but I want to learn about sportswear fabric to start a brand and it’s been frustrating not finding any courses. I was looking mainly in Asia: Vietnam, Japan, etc. because this is where I will be based to start the manufacturing process. Any idea on how I can learn about this type of fabric? Do I need an in person course? Alternatives? Any sources? Thank you 🙏
