Life in Trece?

Hello po! I might move sa Trece Martires soon dahil nakahanap po ako ng job there. Taga malayo pa po ako so hindi ko po alam if paano po ang buhay there. Ask ko lang po pano po ba ang buhay there aka mode of transpo (jeep, bus, tryke) and ano po yung usual fares po dun if tipid po ang transpo and madali po makapag commute?

Nagkaron po kasi ako job offer in Brgy. Hugo, currently looking for an apartment pero ang hirap kasi mostly bahay and medyo mahal po sila since fresh grad po ako. Any recommendations din po ba saan po mga max 5k rent ang meron near Brgy. Hugo?

Ang iniisip ko po kasi is baka po mahirap mag commute from rented place to workplace… Any pros & cons din po regarding life sa Brgy. Hugo? Thanks in advance po. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

replacing my cpu and motherboard

hi i need help! im a beginner who's planning to replace my cpu and motherboard and try to keep everything else (i got the unit secondhand, replaced the old case, psu and added an ssd and the gpu)

my current build:
Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G with Radeon Graphics
Asus Prime A320M-K motherboard
8x2 = 16gbram 3200mhz
msi mag a650bn psu
2 - 512gb ssd sata
gigabyte 1660 super
tecwear timber M

and i'm planning to replace the parts to:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600
Gigabyte B550M DS3H

is this an okay replacement or is there a better replacement for it? i dont plan on upgrading any other parts anytime soon and im on a budget so if there would be a cheaper recommendation id appreciate it. thanks!
