Fagor Valve Replacement?

Ive had the Fagor SZ2L00002 pressure pot for nearly a decade now, and all of the sudden the valve wouldn't lock in. After further investigation, its clear the inner part of the valve which holds the spring in place has been chipped on the bottom on one side. Photos show both sides with and without spring.

Sure enough, when the spring is in place, the valve is locked in, but just by pulling on it by hand its clear it cant handle much pressure.

So Im glad I know the issue... but the company went out of buisness. Ive tried googling the part but am not having any luck.

Its had a good run but would love to get more use from it if I can. Any thoughts?

So I've got this deck that was built new when I moved in. It's pressure treated deck lumber with metal railings screwed into the wood (see picture). Each railing has two screws on top and bottom.

I believe the wood is ready for staining now. (Cabot, oil-based.) I've got three semi-related questions regarding the railings.

First, do I have to be worried about the stain sticking to the metal railing? I have a way to cover them, but am wondering if it's even a concern.

And, regardless, I had the thought of unscrewing all the rails (there are like 50 of them all around the deck, it'll be a hassle, but I don't mind), but I'm worried that if I do that, the wood will be too messed up to be able to screw them back in place. (I'm a novice at some of this stuff, forgive potential obvious things!)

I also wonder if removing the railing is a must to stain that wood under the rails to avoid trapped water. (It'll be minimal, but I know the wood rot is no joke.)

Thanks for the help!
