I'm confused alot sjce and jssstu are same but the cutoff are totally different, is there any chance of getting cse related Branch here?? Seniors please help

What rank should I expect and which college should I target , comfortable with cse and ece branches , I'm thinking of 14k rank what colleges should I expect 🙂
