My dog may have eaten many depakote pills
EMERGENCY: I have a little rottweiler (around 65lbs, 6 months old) who opened my pills and spilled them all around the grass in my yard. When i noticed it had already been 10-5 mins since it had happened. I quickly went to go pick up as many pills as i could, but as the pills were in the grass, i only found about 20 of the ~30 pills that were in there. Apart from that, i saw small crushed up pieces, meaning he did atleast notice them. They were obviously spit out though, so im left clueless.
Its since then been 3 hours. The dog is acting like usual. My sister thinks hes fine and is telling me to stop worrying and she thinks he didnt eat alot. But im so fucking scared rn lol. Hes fine and he played for a while but it’s night time and im scared to let him fall asleep.
It was divalproex sodium 500mg ER so im worried. Any advice would be really appreciated. Ive been on 100% since this.
